First, fill in the info below. From there we will respond to your email and set up a site visit. At the site visit you may expect a consultation and we will make suggestions based on your allocated budget.

When you are ready to commit to a proposal, we will provide guidance during the contract phase. We will assist you on processing and handling all required documents (such as COI’s, building approval, related licenses, permits, etc.) accordingly before the proposed commencement date. 

Our experienced construction team will work collaboratively to ensure we are following our timeline accordingly with all related parties.

Michael was competitively priced in the market. Our place had a lot of ‘site condition’ issues and he has ironed out so many design faults and made the place so much better. The quality of workmanship is second to none! He has the best ideas. Including adding a storage room under the external fire escape in the common area. Raising ceilings, leveling the floors (where every other contractor said it couldn’t be done. It would have been so upsetting to step up and down into bathrooms etc), restored original doors. They do absolutely beautiful work, and have been able to fix the work of others I was dealing with eg the countertop people hadn’t made it quite the right size and they fixed issue after issue on site which saved enormous problems. They had my back. They do everything the right way! I had a ‘historic’ North Star for the project but he can make any style such as modern or whatever you wish come to life. I feel like I owe them my life. They did all new electrical, plumbing, the works.
